Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service across phone, email, chat, and ticket channels.

• Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• No prior experience in a similar role is required.
