Transition Manager – BPO

About the role

The Transition Manager will lead end‑to‑end service transition initiatives within a BPO environment. You will coordinate virtual teams, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that transition projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role reports to senior programme leadership and works closely with operations, delivery and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor full lifecycle service transitions, aligning with programme and project objectives.
• Manage the transition budget, guaranteeing that all activities stay within approved financial limits.
• Develop transition solutions during RFP and solution phases in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Establish and maintain competencies, frameworks and methodologies that support consistent transition delivery.
• Allocate and mobilise appropriate resources for current and upcoming transition projects.
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards throughout the transition.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in BPO transition management.
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Full‑time, permanent employment preference.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
