Integration Engineer (User Data Management)

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an Integration Engineer with hands‑on experience in User Data Management (UDM) to lead the delivery of Communication Services solutions. In this delivery‑focused position you will translate customer needs and emerging technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings and ensure successful end‑to‑end implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Communication Services products.
• Prepare and execute system, module, and acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve delivery processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical product delivery issues.
• Maintain and update solution documentation for accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback to R&D on portfolio enhancements.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer, documentation, and information‑sharing initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights to support customer competence development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–10 years of experience in delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
• Solid knowledge of the UDM portfolio (HLR‑FE, HSS‑FE, CUDB, CCDM, EDA).
• Strong understanding of Cloud and NFVI technologies.
• Excellent communication, business understanding, and ability to manage demand.
• Collaborative, innovative, and adaptable mindset with strong planning and organisational skills.
• Additional programming skills are an advantage.
