Pre‑Sales System Engineer – French Speaker

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a French‑speaking Pre‑Sales System Engineer to join its Pre‑Sales Engineering Team supporting the Middle East and Africa regions. You will partner with the sales organization to design and present end‑to‑end communications solutions for public‑safety, government, utility, transportation and enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer‑driven, world‑class solutions.
• Evaluate Motorola and third‑party technologies to match customer needs and budgets.
• Design solutions that incorporate public‑safety voice and data networks (APCO P25, TETRA, DMR, HF) and mobile broadband (LTE).
• Integrate command‑and‑control systems such as 9‑1‑1 dispatch consoles and Computer‑Aided Dispatch (CAD).
• Provide expertise in real‑time video and data analytics for intelligence‑led public safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum five years of experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive, results‑focused attitude.
