Marketing Manager – Maghreb Region

About the role

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the brand strategy for one or more products across the Maghreb region. You will adapt international brand plans to local markets, coordinate promotional activities, and support the sales force to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt international brand strategy to the Maghreb market.
• Develop and implement product‑specific brand plans.
• Create, adapt, and present promotional materials to medical representatives and key account managers.
• Track product performance, market trends, and competitor activity; propose corrective actions.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and scientific societies.
• Manage promotional budgets and forecast product orders.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree or related medical background; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum five years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the Maghreb region.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles.
• Experience in sales support and market analysis.
