About the role

The Production Associate I supports the manufacturing floor by handling materials, assembling order kits, and ensuring product quality. This entry‑level position works closely with the production team to meet customer specifications while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and verify incoming materials against required documentation.
• Assemble component trays, kits, or other packaging configurations according to order specifications.
• Conduct quality checks, count packaged items, and remove any defective products.
• Follow all safety, work rules, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards to support efficient operations.
