About the role
Advanced Pathways Algeria is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Oran office. You will help Algerian students, professionals and business owners choose language courses and higher‑education programmes abroad, guiding them through every step of the decision‑making process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑person and phone consultations with prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure informed choices.
- Prepare, review and coordinate application files with internal advisors.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
- Participate in outreach activities such as information sessions and events.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and nurture long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- Strong sales consulting ability with a focus on understanding client needs.
- Proven customer‑service experience and a track record of building trust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic, French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple client files, prioritize tasks and keep detailed records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Motivated, ethical and collaborative mindset committed to equitable access to international education.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
- Experience using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
