Senior Business Analyst – ERP & Operations

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will act as the bridge between technology and business operations, supporting GMS companies, new implementations, and merger activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and the ability to train and support end‑users across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead special projects and provide technical support to yards (phone, email, helpdesk).
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Sxe ERP, MaxRecall, barcode scanners, and AvaTax.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions, including barcode setup and system integrations.
• Conduct in‑person and online training sessions.
• Maintain professional communication with coworkers and customers, safeguarding confidential information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, distribution, or warehouse management.
• Proven knowledge of general and advanced accounting procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
