About the role
The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of the spa at Le Méridien Oran Hotel & Convention Centre. Reporting to senior hotel management, this role ensures exceptional guest experiences while maintaining financial performance and staff satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all spa staff, including reception, therapists, and locker‑room attendants.
- Manage the spa budget, monitor operating statements, and control payroll and inventory costs.
- Ensure the spa and all equipment are clean, well‑maintained, and fully stocked.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and promote a culture of outstanding customer service.
- Conduct HR activities such as employee feedback, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
- Oversee scheduling, reservations, and program coordination to maximize occupancy.
- Act as the Spa Director’s deputy in their absence, maintaining continuity of operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related hospitality field.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and team leadership.
