About the role
The Admin Service Coordinator ensures smooth communication between clients, the technical team, and internal departments to deliver maintenance services and spare parts efficiently. This role combines customer service, coordination, and administrative tasks to meet client satisfaction and departmental targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or other channels and follow up to deliver the requested services.
- Take ownership of reported issues and see them through to resolution.
- Coordinate regular maintenance visits and emergency calls, aligning schedules with technicians and other team members.
- Manage the receipt, repair tracking, and re‑installation of defective parts.
- Promote and sell additional maintenance contracts, services, and spare parts to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Create ERP tickets for approved offers and communicate with warehouse and finance teams.
- Update the ERP daily with task assignments and technician activities.
- Prepare progress reports, monitor invoices for visits and parts, and maintain client correspondence documentation.
- Execute all administrative duties for the Service department, including filing, scanning, and drafting letters or offers.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- 2–4 years of experience in maintenance, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, dynamic attitude.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Good computer literacy and practical system usage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
