About the role
The company seeks a proactive Chargé d’Affaires to manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients in Constantine. You will be responsible for driving business growth while ensuring service quality, profitability, and risk control.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop an identified portfolio of corporate customers.
- Prospect new clients with a focus on service quality, profitability, and risk management.
- Monitor and control the risks associated with the portfolio.
- Prepare financing dossiers and documentation.
- Achieve the commercial targets set by the management.
- Optimize the profitability of commercial relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or financing role.
- Fluent in Arabic and French.
- Own a vehicle and reside in Constantine.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Solid technical background in finance and leasing.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial analysis.
- Initiative‑driven and commercially oriented.
