Chargé d’Affaires (H/F) – Constantine

About the role

The company seeks a dynamic Chargé d’Affaires to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in Constantine. You will be responsible for prospecting new business, ensuring service quality, profitability and risk control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an identified portfolio of corporate customers.
• Prospect new clients while maintaining high service standards and risk awareness.
• Monitor and control portfolio risks.
• Prepare financing dossiers and documentation.
• Achieve set commercial targets and optimize relationship profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in finance, economics, management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or financing role.
• Fluent in Arabic and French.
• Own a vehicle and reside in Constantine.
• Proactive attitude and strong initiative.
