Demand Planner

About the role

As a Demand Planner you will ensure the right stocks of raw materials, packaging and finished goods are available at the right time to guarantee business continuity. You will drive forecast accuracy, control bias, and lead the S&OP process across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high forecast accuracy and keep bias within the targeted corridor.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings, share dynamic forecasts and demand files on the regional SharePoint.
• Coordinate initiative review meetings with Marketing and present sales forecasts for upcoming months.
• Conduct supply review meetings and highlight any disturbances that could affect production plans.
• Manage the monthly S&OP meeting with top management to discuss KPIs and support decision‑making.
• Facilitate weekly tracker meetings with sales, marketing, purchasing and plants to align sales and production.
• Introduce sales forecasts into SAP APO following the M+2 principle and update them regularly.
• Track daily sales performance, block products at 100% achievement, and share blocked product information with the Customer Excellence team.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in S&OP and demand planning within FMCG supply chains.
• Strong analytical mindset with rigorous, data‑driven approach.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree (BAC+3/5) in Supply Chain Management or related field.
