Digital Junior Project Manager (English Speaker)

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Digital Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of digital initiatives. The role involves assisting senior managers in planning, tracking, and communicating project progress while gaining exposure to product management and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Help define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support day‑to‑day project activities, including meeting organization, note‑taking, and follow‑up on action items.
• Track project costs, timelines, and resource allocation under senior supervision.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and reports for clients and leadership.
• Document project risks, issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Assist in gathering product requirements, supporting roadmap definition, and coordinating feedback from users and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project coordination or product management support.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project.
• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking.
