Event Management Intern – Congress & Events

About the role

Amgen is seeking an enthusiastic Event Management Intern to support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including congresses, meetings, and workshops. This role offers the chance to work within a global biotechnology leader and contribute to initiatives that impact patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events.
• Support logistics for congresses, meetings, and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Medical, and Access.
• Coordinate with vendors and external suppliers.
• Help manage administrative and budget‑related event activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
