About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at the Algiers Marriott Hotel. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, you will ensure that every meal service runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables are properly prepared for service.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages to guests promptly.
- Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and safe movement on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Assist with light lifting, moving, and arranging items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
