Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Platform Integration)

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will embed yourself within client environments—either on‑site or remotely—to customize, integrate, and launch NexBI’s AI platform on real operational challenges. You act as the technical bridge between our product and the client’s needs, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical integration of the AI platform within client infrastructure, from scoping to go‑live.
• Develop client‑specific modules, connectors, and workflows on top of the core platform.
• Translate complex, often unstructured client problems into precise engineering requirements.
• Feed field insights back to the product team to shape the roadmap.
• Serve as the trusted technical point of contact for each account.

Required profile

• Full‑stack capable, comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, backend integrations, and sufficient frontend skills.
• AI‑literate, understanding of LLMs, knowledge graphs, and AI system architecture.
• Highly autonomous, able to solve problems under pressure with incomplete information.
• Effective communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ownership‑driven mindset, treating each deployment as a product.
