Gen AI Developer – LLMs & Multi-Agent Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Gen AI Developer to design, build and optimise generative AI solutions that leverage large language models and multi-agent architectures. The role involves end-to-end development, from model fine-tuning to deployment on cloud platforms, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI applications using LLMs and multi-agent systems.
• Implement pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph and CrewAI.
• Fine-tune models and apply ReAct prompting and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
• Integrate solutions on Google Cloud Vertex AI and automate CI/CD workflows.
• Evaluate model performance, scalability and efficiency, and write evaluation code.
• Optimise AI system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate on reinforcement learning and distributed AI initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong programming skills in Python for AI development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and multi-agent AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, ReAct prompting and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Vertex AI and CI/CD automation.
• Ability to assess model performance and write robust evaluation scripts.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, multi-agent coordination and distributed AI.
