Lead Project Management Specialist

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team as a Lead Project Management Specialist. You will oversee multiple energy‑technology projects from quotation through warranty, ensuring financial performance, quality, on‑time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own project financials, including sales, cost management, and cash collection.
• Guarantee project quality and on‑time delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, addressing concerns and driving issue resolution.
• Contribute to the department’s annual operational plan and suggest product, process, and procedural improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in project management.
• Previous exposure to oil and gas projects is preferred.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, independent work capability, and problem‑solving aptitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
