Lead Services Specialist - Customer Contract Management

About the role

The Lead Services Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, managing service agreements, time‑and‑material programs, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
• Manage service agreements and time‑and‑material program execution.
• Support sales campaigns and prepare new contract proposals.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with customer service, parts, field, and repair teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments and customers.
• Lead and develop a small team, handling staffing and performance reviews.
• Lead low‑risk projects and act as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer contract management within the electrical sector, or 5+ years as a resident engineer with local clients.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to drive change in a matrixed organization.
• Proven problem‑analysis and resolution capabilities.
