Opérateur de Production / Compression

About the role

The Production/Compression Operator will operate manufacturing equipment in a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards while meeting production targets at minimal cost.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to standard procedures and GMP requirements.
• Achieve production objectives while controlling costs.
• Perform line, area, and equipment cleaning and maintain workshop hygiene.
• Change product formats and adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Conduct end‑of‑batch reconciliations and complete batch documentation and logbooks.
• Execute in‑process control tests.
• Document operating instructions and maintain equipment manuals.
• Ensure proper flow of materials (receipt, storage, use, return) within the workshop.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Relevant technical degree (Bac+2, Bac+3, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry basics, especially GMP.
• Demonstrated integrity and seriousness in work.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Familiarity with BPF (Bonne Pratique de Fabrication) standards.
