Quality Management Internship – QHSS/ESG Department

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking a motivated intern to join its QHSS/ESG Department. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
• Support process‑improvement projects aimed at operational excellence.
• Contribute to the deployment of digital tools and AI‑based solutions for process optimisation.
• Help prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards for quality and ESG initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in digital transformation.
