Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, helpful experience in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order, or account issues.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑support platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
