Sales Consultant – Dental Clinic

About the role

The Sales Consultant will work on‑site at Vitrin Clinic in Burj Al Kiffan, engaging prospective and existing patients, understanding their dental and cosmetic needs, and presenting appropriate treatment options in a clear and ethical manner.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and remote consultations, explaining services, pricing and treatment plans.
• Manage patient inquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Maintain accurate records in the clinic’s CRM and patient management systems.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high patient satisfaction.
• Support patient retention initiatives and provide feedback on customer trends.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to assess patient needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proven customer service experience in a healthcare or clinic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex treatments empathetically.
• Full‑time availability on‑site in Burj Al Kiffan and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Fluency in French, English or Spanish.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or equivalent practical experience preferred.
