Senior Project Manager – Customer Projects Execution

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, Project Execution to lead customer projects from concept to completion. The role involves managing teams, budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality delivery across diverse technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, develop transformation offers aligned with customer needs, and lead negotiations to win deals.
• Transfer offer and contract data to the project manager, maintaining control over risks and planning.
• Construct project execution offers, define objectives for team members, and obtain necessary approvals following quality system principles while remaining agile.
• Organize bid reviews, pass tender stages, and ensure technical proposals meet client requirements, margin guidelines, and contractual terms.
• Formalize client information, conduct market studies, identify key stakeholders, and develop key account management plans.
• Prepare deliverables such as client files, market price evaluations, and competitive offer analyses.

Required profile

• Engineer degree in electrical engineering and automation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and confidence working independently under general guidance.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
