Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will support the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in achieving regional business objectives within the heavy machinery sector. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers, establishing new business opportunities in the construction equipment market.
• Generate and convert leads by maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
• Proactively assess client needs and promote the company’s product portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to enhance brand awareness and position offerings to attract and retain customers.
• Conduct market analysis, including trend monitoring, demand forecasting, competitor assessment, and risk identification.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer databases and ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales within the heavy machinery or construction equipment industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated business acumen and capacity to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
