About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server (Guest Service Expert) to join our team at Le Méridien in Oran. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering high‑quality service, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Take orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, and address any special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic reading and visual verification of menu information.
- Ability to work on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
