Service Delivery Specialist – POS

About the role

We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist focused on POS solutions to join our global service delivery team. You will implement and support our hospitality product portfolio for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in support and implementation of POS and related solutions for hospitality clients.
• Handle customer cases, triage inbound requests and manage escalated issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product releases and ensure their proper rollout.
• Liaise with subject‑matter experts on client enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with support and implementation teams to exceed service level targets.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in support or installation/configuration of hospitality PMS/POS products or as a user of Simphony or similar.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
• Experience with competitive hospitality systems (PMS, POS, spa).
• Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
