Spanish‑Speaking Sales Representative (Algiers)

About the role

Vitrin Clinic is looking for a motivated Spanish‑speaking Sales Representative to join its Algiers office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, presenting the clinic’s dental and cosmetic services, and guiding callers through treatment options and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate calls in Spanish, providing accurate information about dental and cosmetic procedures.
• Book consultations, schedule procedures, and follow up on leads to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Maintain patient records in the CRM system and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Achieve tele‑sales targets while adhering to scripts and quality standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on services, promotions, and best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service or support, handling inquiries and follow‑ups professionally.
• Willingness to learn continuously about clinic procedures and products.
