About the role

PCPRODZ is looking for a motivated Computer and Digital Sales Representative to work in its Bab Ezzouar store. The role combines face‑to‑face retail sales with online customer interaction and the creation of engaging social‑media content.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers and sell PCs, laptops, printers, consoles and accessories in‑store.
• Handle online inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other sales platforms.
• Publish product listings, promotions and updates on social media channels.
• Produce short photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Reels.
• Maintain accurate pricing, stock information and order tracking.
• Support the growth of both physical and online sales through proactive outreach.

Required profile

• Less than one year of sales experience, preferably in IT or high‑tech retail.
• Strong commercial sense, negotiation skills and clear communication.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and reliability.
• Fluent in Arabic and French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut for graphic and video editing.
• Comfortable using standard computer tools.
