About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy, performance‑oriented Video Editor to create conversion‑focused visual assets for a portfolio of D2C brands. You will turn raw footage—from polished studio shoots to lo‑fi UGC—into modular ad creatives that capture attention within the first three seconds.

Key responsibilities

• Direct‑Response Editing: Produce high‑impact video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube that prioritize conversions.
• Modular Production: Apply systematic frameworks to generate multiple hook, body, and CTA variations for rapid A/B testing.
• Storyboarding & Pacing: Use fast cuts, trendy transitions, and strategic text overlays to keep viewers engaged.
• Sound Design: Source and edit music and SFX that align with brand identity and platform trends.
• UGC Optimization: Transform influencer or customer footage into polished, authentic‑looking ads.
• Creative Iteration: Collaborate with the Media Buying team to analyze performance data and re‑edit winning ads for better results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of editing experience in e‑commerce or performance‑marketing agencies.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and the “hook‑retain‑reward” video structure.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem‑solver who can turn minimal assets into compelling stories.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with CapCut (Desktop) for social‑native trends.
