Academic Counselor – Study Abroad Services

About the role

Radar Tour is seeking enthusiastic Academic Counselors to guide prospective students through the study abroad journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding each student’s aspirations and matching them with suitable international programs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily follow‑up with students via phone and email.
• Assess student needs and provide tailored study‑abroad recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and convert inquiries into enrolled students.
• Manage a high volume of daily contacts while meeting target numbers.
• Utilise the company’s marketing‑generated database to identify and engage prospects.

Required profile

• Good level of English with excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily follow‑up targets.
• Dynamic, energetic personality suited for a sales‑oriented environment.
• Motivation to achieve results and earn performance‑based commissions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM or database tools for client management.
