About the role

Halkorb RH is recruiting on behalf of its client, a multinational company in the air transport sector, an Administrative Assistant – Airport Coordinator based in Alger, Algeria. The post is confirmed/experienced level and is offered on a fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage passengers' flight sheets.
  • Use Amadeus and Altea daily.
  • Coordinate closely with the airport operations team, handling real-time updates and resolving issues.
  • Act as the main contact between the CFO's office and airport operations.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in the aviation/airline sector or ground-handling operations is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and occasionally visit the airport.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Amadeus and Altea systems (mandatory).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
