Agent de Réservation

About the role

The Reservation Agent will handle all reservation requests, changes and cancellations for Le Méridien in Oran. You will interact with guests by phone, fax or mail, ensuring accurate booking information and delivering excellent service that reflects the brand’s European spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, modifications and cancellations, verifying room type, rate and availability.
• Explain guarantee, special rates and cancellation policies to callers.
• Enter reservation data into the property’s reservation system, including special codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts and wholesale rates.
• Document and accommodate special guest requests, and answer questions about hotel facilities and services.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and follow escalation procedures for guest concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
