About the role

The Security and Prevention Agent is responsible for safeguarding guests, employees, and property assets at a hospitality venue in Oran. The role involves proactive patrols, rapid response to incidents, and maintaining a safe environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and control access to rooms.
• Monitor CCTV systems, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire safety equipment.
• Lock and unlock property entrances as required.
• Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report safety issues.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Assist guests and staff during emergencies and defuse disturbances.
• Prepare detailed incident and loss‑prevention reports.
• Escort unwelcome persons and support vehicle accident or theft investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and property information.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and respond quickly to situations.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Clear communication skills in English and French.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Incident reporting and documentation.
• Basic computer usage for reporting and data entry.
