AI Automation Specialist

About the role

CrewBloom is hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build and optimise AI-powered workflows that remove manual work, speed up processes and deliver measurable business results across sales, recruiting and client success. Success is measured by time saved, revenue enabled and workflows deployed at scale, not by activity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy 10-15 high-impact AI automations each month.
• Replace manual processes with scalable AI workflows across sales, recruitment, operations and client success.
• Own the full automation lifecycle, from discovery and design through deployment, optimisation, documentation and maintenance.
• Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve reliability, speed, cost efficiency and business impact.
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn their process needs into automation solutions.
• Build systems that are easy to adopt, well documented and actively used, and keep them stable, scalable, secure and low maintenance.

Required profile

• Measures success by KPIs such as 10-15 production-ready automations per month, reduction in manual work, adoption rates and measurable business outcomes.
• Thinks in systems, identifies automation opportunities proactively and prioritises business impact over volume.
• Communicates technical solutions so non-technical stakeholders can understand them.

Required skills

• Preferred tools: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, OpenAI, Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Workable, Airtable, Google Sheets.
• Home office setup: primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and a backup of at least 10 Mbps, desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer), i3 (10th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM, webcam, noise-cancelling USB headset and quiet dedicated workspace.
