AI Operations Manager

About the role

We are hiring an AI Operations Manager to drive Storm's AI tooling operations forward. The role sits within the AI Operations team and focuses on operational management of AI tools, platforms, and AI‑enabled workflows across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability and technical standards of Storm’s AI tools and platforms.
• Ensure AI tooling is correctly configured, used appropriately and remains operationally reliable.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify friction points in AI tool usage and implement technical improvements.
• Maintain AI platform reliability and continuously adapt configurations as costs, risks and capabilities evolve.
• Drive technical enhancements to keep the AI stack under control amid rapid industry changes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and judgement skills with a focus on operational quality.
• Practical technical judgement on AI platforms and tooling.
• Ability to stay up‑to‑date with fast‑moving AI tooling landscape.
• Willingness to take real responsibility for AI tooling operations rather than a predictable maintenance role.
