About the role
Swissport, a global leader in aviation services, is looking for a Cargo Commercial Agent in Algiers. The role supports the development of cargo business, builds and maintains strong customer relationships and contributes to commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor cargo activities and operations
- Develop and maintain the customer portfolio
- Negotiate and conclude commercial contracts
- Ensure service quality and compliance with procedures
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field
- Experience in cargo or air transport is preferred
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
Required skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of IT tools
- Strong organizational skills and customer orientation
