Project Management Professional - Logistics Platforms Program, Algeria

About the role

CEVA Logistics is looking for a Project Management Professional to lead and coordinate its logistics platforms program in Algeria. You will act as the single point of coordination between CEVA, the client and Algerian stakeholders, driving program governance, business cases, stakeholder engagement and strategic decisions from partner selection through to the operating model. You will also support other strategic projects, including partnerships and investment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated program roadmap and align milestones, deliverables and priorities with CEVA, the client and Algerian authorities.
• Organize governance, steering committees and technical meetings and ensure follow-up on decisions, actions and risks.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate, Operations and Business Units).
• Conduct market assessments and sector analyses, and develop business cases, business plans and investment analyses.
• Act as main interface with client teams, public authorities, state-owned companies, customers and partners.
• Support the structuring of the engagement model, including governance frameworks and partnership schemes.
• Prepare executive presentations, management reports and decision materials for senior leadership.
• Contribute to implementation planning of future logistics platforms (organizational design, recruitment, training, operational readiness).
• Provide project management support to other strategic initiatives, partnerships and investment projects.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 8 to 12 years of experience, including at least 4 years managing complex multi-stakeholder projects in logistics, infrastructure, industrial development, consulting, real estate or large transformation programs.
• Exposure to public-private projects, government programs, infrastructure investments or strategic consulting is highly desirable; experience in Algeria is a strong advantage.
• French and Arabic mandatory; professional English mandatory for senior reporting and international interactions.
• Willingness to travel within Algeria and occasionally to France.

Required skills

• Project management, stakeholder management, governance, market analysis, business case development, business planning and financial modelling.
• Good understanding of P&L management, CAPEX and investment evaluation.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project or equivalent project planning tools.
• Knowledge of contract logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
