About the role
Swissport Algeria is hiring a Cargo Commercial Agent in Algiers. The role contributes to the development of the company's commercial activities within the air cargo industry.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on cargo commercial activities and operations
- Develop and maintain the customer portfolio
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
- Ensure service quality and compliance with procedures
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Good command of IT tools
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset
