Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Lead Technical Vision

About the role

BIGmama Technology is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and drive the technical vision across all its products. This hands‑on leadership position requires ownership of architecture, infrastructure, and code while shaping team culture, processes, and global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall technical vision and architecture for all product lines.
• Contribute to the startup’s global strategy and advise leadership on technology trends.
• Research emerging tools, technologies, and products to keep the company competitive.
• Present data‑driven decisions to resolve implementation conflicts.
• Design, develop, and maintain new features and bug fixes across the platform.
• Write technical specifications, RFCs, and implementation plans.
• Build MVPs to validate new ideas and technologies.
• Mentor engineers, review code, and actively participate in complex technical tasks without gatekeeping knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum of four years of experience in a senior engineering or technology leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead by example, write and review production‑grade code.
• Strong communication skills to represent the product to clients and investors.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, global startup environment.
