About the role
Ericsson is seeking a Commercial Director to lead commercial activities across East and North Africa. Based in Algeria, you will guide cross‑functional teams, shape pricing and contract strategies, and ensure profitable growth in a dynamic telecom market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward‑looking commercial strategies that drive profitability and growth.
- Own end‑to‑end commercial management (pre‑ and post‑sales) for assigned accounts.
- Support sales teams in complex negotiations, define commercial proposal strategies, and approve customer offers.
- Collaborate with Price Managers to design innovative pricing and business models.
- Monitor and coordinate contractual terms with the Contract Manager, ensuring alignment with Ericsson’s commercial policies.
- Share best practices within a community of Commercial Managers and continuously improve processes.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and shape value‑added offerings.
Required profile
- Strong financial, commercial and business acumen.
- Proven negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
- Risk management expertise.
- Experience in business case development, competitor analysis and cash‑flow assessment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to influence customers positively and build lasting relationships.
