About the role
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Algiers. The role focuses on managing client relationships, generating new business through phone and email outreach, and supporting the sales pipeline while applying proven sales and negotiation techniques.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
- Conduct telephone and email prospecting to acquire new customers.
- Apply sales and negotiation techniques to close deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and follow‑up documentation.
- Track sales metrics, update the CRM system, and report performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting targets.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage several activities at once.
- Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in a similar inside‑sales position.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
- Familiarity with basic computer tools.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer literacy.
