Community Marketing Manager

About the role

KOZALIA is seeking a Community Marketing Manager to lead community‑focused marketing initiatives in Algiers. This full‑time, on‑site position will design and execute local events, partnerships and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement community‑centric marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, organize and manage local events, partnerships and outreach programs.
• Oversee online and offline community platforms, ensuring active engagement.
• Coordinate social media content calendars and publish targeted posts.
• Monitor audience feedback, analyze platform metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to synchronize community activities with broader campaigns.
• Track performance indicators, prepare reports and present campaign outcomes.
• Represent KOZALIA at local events and serve as the primary liaison for community partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in community management, event planning or local community initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Algiers, manage multiple projects and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Experience using CRM or community‑management platforms.
• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with content‑planning tools and platform analytics.
