About the role

Bezzala promotion is seeking an experienced Conducteur de Travaux Bâtiment to oversee the execution of a residential real‑estate development in Ouled Fayet, Algeria. The role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the progress of construction works on a residential project.
• Coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site teams to maintain workflow continuity.
• Verify that work is performed according to technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project timelines, report deviations, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on the site.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+2 education in Building, Civil Engineering, or Public Works (Licence or equivalent).
• 6 to 10 years of proven experience in construction site management.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage stakeholders.
