Construction Manager – Adrar, Algeria

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead construction projects in Adrar, Algeria. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project execution, cost control, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and allocate project resources effectively.
• Monitor quality, health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance, risk management, and value engineering.
• Support tendering processes, project planning, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local building codes, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, budgeting, QA/QC, HSE, contracts and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management abilities.

Required skills

• SAP (or other ERP) knowledge.
