Coordinateur EU DIGITOOL – Digital Communication

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Coordinator for the EU DIGITOOL to support a new EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility, strategic communication, public diplomacy and cultural outreach of the European Union in Morocco. The role will be part of a non‑key expert team delivering digital communication solutions for the project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update digital content across project web platforms and databases.
• Coordinate the production, documentation and dissemination of communication materials.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic communication campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with EU communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and capitalise information.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+4 degree in communication, digital communication, information management, project management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital communication, content management, web platform administration or institutional information coordination.
• Fluency in French; Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English are considered assets.
