Customer Representative - Women's Health

About the role

Organon is hiring a Customer Representative for its Women's Health business, covering the Algeria region based in Algiers. The role manages a territory by regularly engaging healthcare professionals so that Organon is seen as delivering value and better health outcomes, through strong product and disease knowledge combined with sales and account management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scientific marketing of products and/or services to meet individual, team and organizational targets
• Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to build a solid pipeline of business opportunities
• Make and receive calls directly with prospective and existing customers
• Provide clinical and outcomes data on products and services, and tailor messages to each audience
• Build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Discuss how products help meet the organization's quality metrics and respond to customer questions
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals while following established processes and complying with compliance and PV SOPs
• Work in line with the marketing strategy and collaborate with commercial and market access teams

Required profile

• Medical doctor preferred, or licensed pharmacist
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferable
• Valid driving licence and ownership of a recent vehicle
• Ability to meet travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites; no relocation offered

• Very good command of French and English
• Proficiency with the required practical applications and software
