Customer Support Specialist

About the role

The Customer Support Specialist will join the Global Customer Support team to provide fast, courteous assistance to customers across multiple channels. This role focuses on resolving inquiries, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers.
• Resolve issues quickly and efficiently, providing clear solutions.
• Process returns, exchanges, and manage customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments.
• Inform customers about the status of their inquiries.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, English, and Arabic.
• Professional and polite dialogue handling.
• Ability to manage large volumes of information with attention to detail.
• Strong documentation accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC hardware and operating systems.
• Experience using basic office programs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other specialized software.
