Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join a growing organization in Algiers, working full‑time in a hybrid setting. You will plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, attract new customers and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search and display advertising.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule engaging content.
• Track key performance metrics, analyse web analytics and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing and business goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, test new tools and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, with proven experience in campaign planning, execution and optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience managing multiple social media platforms and engaging online communities.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
